		MOWING: Our mowing service will give your lawn a manicured look. Services will include mowing all turf areas. All turf areas not accessible to mowing will be line trimmed. Weekly service does not include leaf cleanup or weeding.
		EDGING: With edging we remove the grass that has grown over patio, sidewalks, driveways due to build-up over the years. This process will give you a clean and professional look.
		THATCH REMOVAL: Thatch removal provides better air flow that will reduce the chance of fungal growth and insect infestation. It helps to protect the lawn from frost damage and reduces evaporation which in turn will mean less watering in the summer. Thatch is a layer of living and dead stems, rhizomes, stolons, and roots between the green blades of grass and soil surface. Removing this layer will give you a healthy looking lawn.
		AERATING: Aerating should be done twice a year, in spring and fall when the weather is still cool. This process helps with surface compaction. Removing small plugs of turf helps with water and nutrients absorbing into your lawn. Aeration is an important service that should be done at least once annually for a healthy lawn.

* Any property that has been neglected long enough to have wild overgrown grass will be charged with an additional fee for the initial mowing.
